1. Who we are

Pashizi (“Pashizi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website www.pashizi.com (the “Site”), which provides live currency exchange rates, gold and coin prices in Iran’s free market, together with an embeddable currency widget and related documentation.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and similar laws, the data controller is Pashizi. You can reach us about privacy matters at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We do not operate user accounts, and we do not ask for or collect personal information such as your name, postal address or payment details. The Site uses third-party analytics and advertising services that automatically collect usage and analytics data while you browse, to help us understand how the Site is used and to deliver and measure ads:

  • Usage data: pages viewed, links and features used, time on page and similar interaction data.
  • Device & technical data: browser type, device type, operating system, language settings and approximate (country-level) location.
  • Online identifiers: cookie IDs and similar identifiers, and your IP address. Some privacy laws treat these as personal data, even though we do not use them to identify you by name.

We also store your chosen language in a DEFAULT_LOCALE cookie so the Site remembers it. If you choose to email us at [email protected], we will receive your email address and the contents of your message.

3. Cookies & similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary & preference: for example a DEFAULT_LOCALE cookie (retained for about 7 days) that remembers your chosen language. These do not require consent.
  • Analytics: set by Google Analytics and (where enabled) Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Site is used. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are cookieless and do not set cookies.
  • Advertising: set by Google AdSense and related Google advertising services to deliver and measure ads (see sections 4 and 5).

Where required by law, non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) are only set after you give consent through our cookie consent banner, and you can change or withdraw your choices at any time (see section 6).

4. Third-party services

The data described in section 2 is collected by the following third-party services, each of which may receive online identifiers and your IP address and acts under its own privacy policy:

ProviderPurposeData involvedPrivacy information
Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC)Advertising (Google AdSense), analytics (Google Analytics 4) and tag management (Google Tag Manager). Web fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to Google for fonts.Online identifiers, cookie IDs, IP address, device and browser information, and interactions with ads and content.View policy

The Site also offers buttons to share content on X (Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn. These links only open the relevant network when you click them, and your interaction with those networks is then governed by their respective privacy policies.

7. Your rights & contact

The services above are provided by companies some of which are based outside your country (including in the United States), so some data may be processed abroad under appropriate safeguards, and is kept only for as long as each provider needs it for the purposes described.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict this data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA, UK and Swiss residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
