1. Who we are
Pashizi (“Pashizi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website www.pashizi.com (the “Site”), which provides live currency exchange rates, gold and coin prices in Iran’s free market, together with an embeddable currency widget and related documentation.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and similar laws, the data controller is Pashizi. You can reach us about privacy matters at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
We do not operate user accounts, and we do not ask for or collect personal information such as your name, postal address or payment details. The Site uses third-party analytics and advertising services that automatically collect usage and analytics data while you browse, to help us understand how the Site is used and to deliver and measure ads:
- Usage data: pages viewed, links and features used, time on page and similar interaction data.
- Device & technical data: browser type, device type, operating system, language settings and approximate (country-level) location.
- Online identifiers: cookie IDs and similar identifiers, and your IP address. Some privacy laws treat these as personal data, even though we do not use them to identify you by name.
We also store your chosen language in a DEFAULT_LOCALE cookie so the Site remembers it. If you choose to email us at [email protected], we will receive your email address and the contents of your message.
4. Third-party services
The data described in section 2 is collected by the following third-party services, each of which may receive online identifiers and your IP address and acts under its own privacy policy:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved | Privacy information |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) | Advertising (Google AdSense), analytics (Google Analytics 4) and tag management (Google Tag Manager). Web fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to Google for fonts. | Online identifiers, cookie IDs, IP address, device and browser information, and interactions with ads and content. | View policy |
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting and content delivery, plus privacy-friendly traffic and performance measurement (Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights). | IP address (processed transiently), request metadata, page-view and Core Web Vitals data. | View policy |
| Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity / Bing) | Aggregated usage analytics and session insights, and ads conversion measurement, where enabled. | Usage interactions, device/browser information and online identifiers. | View policy |
The Site also offers buttons to share content on X (Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn. These links only open the relevant network when you click them, and your interaction with those networks is then governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. Google advertising & EU/UK/Swiss consent
We use Google advertising services (including Google AdSense) on the Site. Google is a party that collects, receives and/or uses end-user personal data through our use of these services. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, please read “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personal data including your IP address may be collected and used by Google for ads measurement and personalisation. From on or after 3 August 2026, Google is rolling out IP-based ads measurement and personalisation across these regions, and processes data under the relevant IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) purposes and features (including the feature “Identify devices based on information transmitted automatically”). This processing only takes place where you have given the necessary consent.
Consent for these purposes is collected through our cookie consent banner, which is a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) integrated with the IAB TCF. You can review or change your choices at any time as described in section 6. Other than Google, we are not aware of additional advertising parties that collect or use end-user personal data through our current ad setup; the analytics and infrastructure providers listed in section 4 process data for their stated purposes under their own policies.
6. Your choices & consent
- Use the cookie consent banner to accept, reject or customise analytics and advertising cookies. You can reopen it at any time to change or withdraw your choices.
- You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
- You can manage Google ad personalisation via Google My Ad Center.
7. Your rights & contact
The services above are provided by companies some of which are based outside your country (including in the United States), so some data may be processed abroad under appropriate safeguards, and is kept only for as long as each provider needs it for the purposes described.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict this data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA, UK and Swiss residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
